1. What Information Do We Collect?

The risktech.asia website has no sign-up or sign-in. We collect information only in the following cases:

• What you type into the demo booking form: full name, work email and organisation name (required); phone number, role, modules of interest and a description of your needs (optional).
• The IP address of a form submission, held in server memory for at most 10 minutes to rate-limit submissions and block automated bulk sending. It is not stored alongside the form data.
• Your language choice, Vietnamese or English, stored in your browser's local storage on your own device and never sent to the server.
• We use no analytics tools, set no cookies, and collect no device data or location data.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We process your information for purposes such as:

• Provide and maintain the service.
• Improve the content and usability of the website.
• Maintain security and prevent fraud.
• Follow up on your demo request, provide support and send product information.

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

The data you enter in the demo booking form is passed to Google Apps Script and stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet managed by RiskTech, and a notification email is sent to an internal RiskTech mailbox. Google is the only third party that receives this data, acting as a hosting provider.

We do not sell, trade or share your data with advertisers or data brokers. Apart from the case above, we disclose information only where a competent state authority requires it under the law.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

No. The website currently sets no cookies and uses no pixels, web beacons or third-party tracking code. Fonts are served from our own server, so opening the page sends no request to any external service.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined, or as required by law.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We implement organizational and technical measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

If you are in Vietnam, you have the data subject rights set out in Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection: the right to be informed, to consent, to access, to withdraw consent, to erasure, to restrict processing, to obtain your data, to object to processing, to complain and denounce, to claim damages, and to self-protection.

To exercise these rights, send a request to the email address in section 9. We respond within the period required by law.

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you have the corresponding rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification and erasure.

Residents of other jurisdictions may have similar rights under local laws.
